Who are we looking for?
We are interested in hearing from Recruitment Consultants who have a proven track record (executive or contract/temporary) in any one of our specialised recruitment practices. You'll need a proven ability to develop and cultivate new relationships as well as increase penetration within existing clients, combined with the urgency, passion and a commitment to win. Importantly, we live by our values, and to be a part of MRG you will need to as well.
The consistent theme of anyone who joins MRG is their desire to be perceived as an expert in their field and to build long-term, in-depth relationships by conducting a high level personalised service. We partner with clients and we focus on sourcing the top 5% candidates in the market, therefore our consultants need to be high calibre individuals who will have credibility at mid to senior management within the top companies in the market.
You may have a track record in a recruitment career, but you will be searching for a "great place to work" and a company with a high level of experience to offer your client base. Our rewards include a flexible package, long-term career opportunities and a focus on flexibility in the work place, combined with ongoing learning and development. We think the biggest reward is the quality of client engagement and quality of peers.
What Type of People?
We recruit 'doers'. Tertiary qualified, and with a track record of achievement, you will be able to point to a number of successes in your life to date. This could include career, sport, social or arts or whatever you think it is that separates you from everyone else.
MRG also employ researchers, who support consultants in delivering research driven executive recruitment methodologies to their clients. Over time, a researcher at MRG can gather depth and breadth of expertise and diversify into the consulting career stream.
We recruit people with a tangible motivation or driver to succeed. Before we hire anyone, we have to understand why they have a need to achieve success. Essentially, what drives someone to achieve client satisfaction?
